Returns and exchanges
Due to the nature of these products, we cannot accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. We can offer replacements and refunds when necessary.
But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
If your order is damaged in delivery or delivered to you in an unsatisfactory manner, please let us know immediately.
Delivery Damage: Please save all packaging. You may be asked to submit photos of the damaged packaging for insurance purposes.

Payment
Payment is due upon checkout.
At this time, we accept major credit/debit cards and Paypal.
For Paypal-
You do not need a PayPal account to pay - simply scroll to the bottom of the PayPal link (once you have purchased) and there will be an option for non account holders to pay via credit card.
Orders shipped to Illinois will be charged 10.25% sales tax.

Shipping
If you are local to Chicago, select Local Pickup at checkout to arrange a free pickup & avoid shipping charges!
Shipping time is set at 1- 2 weeks, but generally is much faster than that.
If an item is on back order, or your order will take longer than 1- 2 weeks to ship for any reason, you will receive a message with explanation and expected ship date.
The Seller is responsible to make, package, and ship purchased items in a timely manner.
The Buyer is responsible to furnish an accurate and current address.
The USPS or UPS is responsible to safely deliver the package to the address provided. Once a delivery service has accepted the package, the Seller has no control or responsibility for delivery. A tracking number is provided to the Buyer.
If a package is lost, mis-delivered, or damaged the Buyer will need to file a claim for reimbursement with USPS. or UPS
All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS.
All of the above polices for U.S. shipping also apply to International orders.
Any International orders must allow for a minimum of 4 weeks from ship date before replacement or claim as not delivered. We do not accept responsibility for any taxes, tariffs or fees that may be applied by the government of your city, state, or country. Please check to see if there are any additional fees for you to receive a package from the United States of America.

Custom orders are not refundable.
Popular products may sell out quickly and temporarily be on Back Order. This means they are currently out of stock, but that there is more being made! Ordering an item that is currently on back order is a worry-free way to ensure that you will be first in line to receive it as soon as it's ready.
Please know that most of our equipment & tools are shared.
If, for example, an item does not list a nut oil in its ingredients, it may still have come in contact with a nut oil at some point. Feel free to contact us with any concerns.
We are not liable, nor can we take any responsibility for slips, falls or any injury, bodily or otherwise.
We are also not liable, nor can we take any responsibility for any reactions to any products. If you have sensitivities or allergies, please make sure to check the ingredients on each item you are interested in before purchasing.
